~ Mac N’ Cheese ~

Presentation: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice! The wide black plate is a nice detail that provides an aesthetic contrast with the paler cheese sauce.

Flavor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 

The flavor was tough to pin down; overall, it was good, but the aftertaste was noticeably buttery. In tandem with the Ritz Cracker topping, the butteriness wasn’t overwhelming, but definitely hard to ignore.

Creaminess: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First-rate. The consistency of the cream sauce didn’t change or separate as it cooled, which is the absolute ideal. 

Cheesiness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The note between Cheesiness and Flavor is mostly the same; the butteriness was distracting. Despite the fact this mac uses a blend of four cheeses, it was tough to pick them out.

Texture: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely up to par, but could have been better. The Ritz Cracker crumbles on the top were just a skosh too flaky and soft. If they had been toasted a bit for more crunch, it would have been a perfect textural balance.

Overall Experience: 

I really love the Frankenmuth Brewery, so I wish the mac and cheese could have been a touch better. A few slight tweaks could really make this a stellar mac.
